This dialog enables you to save a form to the database so that you can open it later for editing.
Form Number
Displays the numeric identifier of the form. You can change the form number after selecting Properties.
Form Name
Displays the form name. If this is a customized form, the form name was provided by you when you created this form. You can change the form name after selecting Properties.
Multiple Tag
When selected, indicates that you create both single-tag and multi-tag instrument specifications.
Custom
When selected, indicates that the current form is a customized form exists or not.
Process Function
This field provides the form process function description.
Custom Title Block
This field indicates whether a custom title block exists or not.
Notes
A short form description. You can type in a new note after selecting Edit.
Find form number
Use this option if the data window contains a long list of pages. Start typing the name of the specification form that you want to save. The software selects the required page automatically as you type.
Properties
Opens a dialog where you can edit the number, name, and note of the selected form.
New
Enables you to save the form you are modifying under a new form number and name.
