The following commands are available on the Actions menu of the Spec Data Dictionary.
Open Form
Opens a form in the Spec Data Dictionary.
Save
Generates and saves the Spec Data Dictionary settings for the current form.
Generate Format
Generates a format for a form browses and also generates headers for the columns of the Spec Form Field report.
Properties
Opens tabs where you can define fields to be used in a form browser, change field headers for Spec Form Field reports, protect fields from overwriting when copying or importing data, define specific fields you want to make available for editing in External Editor, and so forth.
Multi-Item List Printout Size
Allows you to select a paper size for the multi-item list.
