When moving a single-tag spec to a multi-tag spec, the software only copies the data that appear in the current see list. If the single-tag spec contains data that appears on the main pages of the current multi-tag spec (not in the see list), the software ignores these values, and automatically deletes the single-tag spec and its document number.
-
Open a multi-tag spec.
-
Select the Multi-Tag List tab.
-
Select Actions > Move from Single.
-
In the Add Tag dialog, select Find.
-
Select one or more tags, and then select OK.
-
In the Find Items dialog, all the target single-tag specs must be based on the same form as the format of the current multi-tag spec and share the same process function.
-
If you know the target spec tag number, you can type it in the Add Tag dialog, and select OK to add this tag in the current see list.
