You use this procedure if more than one format exists for a form.

Open a multi-tag spec.

Select Actions > Change Format.

On the Select Format dialog, select the required format from the list.
After changing the format, the software only shows see list columns that appear in the format that you selected. As a result, if the current see list columns do not appear in the selected format, the software retains the column values in the database but does not display them in the spec after you change the format.

Select OK to change the format.
