This dialog allows you to customize the font size of the column header and data fields and the height of the column header and data fields for the print layout you are creating. For the changes to apply, you must generate and save the current print layout. You can only see the changes in a print preview or printout of a multi-tag spec page itself (page with SEE LIST data).

Print preview

Displays a print preview of the column and field height and column header and field text font size. The Header Row numbers indicate the headers that you added in a column on the Define Print Layout dialog. The software only displays those header rows that appear in the column containing the largest number of headers.

Column header font size

Allows you to enter the column header font size (maximum 12 pts).

Column header height

Allows you to enter the column header height in PowerBuilder units. Adjusting the height of the column header, allows you to use a larger font size for your header and control the amount of white space displayed in the header. If the column header font size is greater than the column header height, the height of the column header reverts to the default height size for the chosen font size. This prevents the header from being truncated.

Field value font size

Allows you to enter the data field value font size in pixels (maximum 12 pts).

Field value height

Allows you to enter the data field value height in PowerBuilder units. Adjusting the height of the data field, allows you to use a larger font size and control the amount of white space displayed in the data field. If the field value font size is greater than the field value height, the height of the field value reverts to the default height size for the chosen font size. This prevents the field value from being truncated.

Print Test

Prints a test page so that you can see the actual font size you selected.
