Allows you to move tags from the currently open multi-tag list to a multi-tag list in another specification. The target specification (new or existing) can belong to the same or to a different format. After moving tags to a target specification, the software automatically removes the tags from the currently open multi-tag list.

Select target format

Displays all the formats that you can use to create multi-tag specifications. You can select either the format of the currently open specification and then create a new specification, or select a different format. If you already assigned a multi-tag specification to a format, the specification document number is displayed in brackets beside the format name. A PPM All Outputs Graphic icon to the left of the format name indicates that a multi-tag list already exists in the specification assigned to this format.

If a format appears without the PPM All Outputs Graphic icon, this means that there are no multi-tag specifications assigned to this format, or that this is the format of the current specification. In this case, you can only create a new multi-tag specification, and move the tags from the current multi-tag list to the multi-tag list of the new specification.

Move to new multi-tag instrument specification

Allows you to create a new multi-tag specification and move the tags selected in the currently open multi-tag list to the multi- tag list of the new specification.

Move to existing multi-tag instrument specification (available only when the selected format is different from the format of the currently open multi-tag list, and already has a multi-tag specification.)

Allows you to move the tags selected in the currently open multi-tag list to the multi-tag list of an existing specification.

Master tag

If you selected Move to new multi-tag instrument specification, the box contains the tag numbers that you selected in the currently open multi-tag list. You need to select a tag number to define as the master tag in the new specification. If you selected Move to existing multi-tag instrument specification, the box displays the master tag in the target multi-tag list.

Document number

If you selected Move to new multi- tag instrument specification, you must enter a document number that you want to assign to the new multi-tag specification. If you selected Move to existing multi-tag instrument specification, the box displays the document number assigned to an existing multi-tag specification.

OK

If you selected Move to new multi-tag instrument specification, creates a new multi-tag specification and moves the source tags to the multi-tag list. If you selected Move to existing multi-tag instrument specification, moves the source tags to the multi-tag list of the existing multi-tag specification.
