These tabs display data that is common to all the instruments belonging to the current multi-tag specification. Wherever the data is not common, the SEE LIST notation is displayed. You can customize the SEE LIST label on the Specifications > Multi-Tag Specifications page of the Preferences dialog.
The left side of each page, displayed in gray, is the header list and it is derived from the form to which the current specification is attached. The right side of each page contains all the data fields with the values that you can edit by selecting the field and typing the required data. Some fields are select lists from which you select the required value.
Some data fields, such as Tag Number and Line Number are not available for editing. Data fields in such areas as Process Conditions, Calculations, and some others can be available for existing depending on the access rights granted to you by the Domain Administrator.
The bottom area of a common page can contain notes and title block. You can expand the notes area by selecting the Notes tab.
