This dialog allows you to rebuild the specification format in a multi-tag list. You can regenerate formats, for example, if there are problems with opening or printing a multi-tag specification, or after an upgrade, where some format properties are not applied to the form, even though their definitions exist in the database. Running this option rebuilds the formats using the database definitions.
In this dialog, the formats are not displayed until you complete the regeneration process. After you start the process, the software automatically regenerates all the specification formats available in the entire domain.
Data Window
After you select Run, displays entries and comments.
Form Name
Displays the name of the specification form.
Format Name
Displays the name of the specification format used for the form.
Comment
Displays user comments relating to the format.
Run
Regenerates multi-tag list formats.
Close
Closes this dialog before or after regeneration.
