The following commands are available on the Actions menu of the Composite Specification window.
Open Specification
Allows you to open an existing specification or create a new one.
Save
Saves the displayed specification.
Print
Prints the displayed specification.
Revisions
Allows you to add revisions for the current composite specification. Revision settings only appear in the composite spec print preview or printout.
Manufacturers
Allows you to add, edit, and delete instrument manufacturer data from the Instrument Manufacturer supporting table and lists.
Models
Allows you to add, edit, and delete instrument model data from the Instrument Model supporting tables and lists. Instrument models are categorized by instrument manufacturer.
Add Tags
Allows you to assign instrument tags to the sections the current spec contains and add these tags in the spec.
Remove Tags
Allows you to dissociate instrument tags from the sections the current spec contains and remove these tags from the spec.
Refresh
Refreshes the display of data in the window. You must refresh data after you add or remove instrument tags or process data cases.
