Allows you to select one or more instruments included in the current composite specification and remove the selected instrument tags from the current spec. When removing the tags, you dissociate them from the sections the current specification includes. If you the current specification contains process data cases of an instrument, you can select and remove one or more cases.

A composite specification must contain at least one item. Therefore, you can remove all instruments in a loop composite specification and leave the loop itself. If the current spec is an instrument composite specification, you cannot remove the last remaining instrument tag or process data case.

Select tags

Displays all sections the current spec contains and the assigned instrument tags or process data cases. You can select one or more items and select OK to remove them from the spec.

Section

Displays all instrument sections the current composite spec contains.

Process function

Displays the process function associated with the section.

Tag Number

Displays the tag number.

Case

Displays the process data case if you created a composite spec for an instrument with cases.

OK

Allows you to remove the selected instrument tags or instrument process data case cases. You must refresh the specification by selecting the PPM All Outputs Graphic icon on the toolbar, and then, select Yes when prompted to save changes.
