You use this dialog to select revisions for viewing and printing. You also use it to select revisions for comparison with the current specification. By default, specification revisions are disabled. The Domain Administrator enables the use of various revision options in the Report Management dialog of the Administration module.

Select spec revisions

Displays specification revisions and revision properties. Select revisions that you want to preview or that you want to compare with the active specification.

Item

Displays the item name or the master tag of a multi- tag specification.

Document Number

Displays the document number string.

Multi-Tag

When selected, indicates that the tag number is the master tag of a multi-tag specification.

Revision Number

Displays the revision number.

Revision Description

Displays the revision description.

Revision Storage

Displays the most recent method of storage used for the revision — PSR files, ZIP file, or Database.

Case

Displays the tag case (if available).

Find

Use these options to find a revision within a long list of revisions in the data window.

Tag number

Type an instrument tag number to go to the first revision for that tag number. The record is accessed dynamically as you type, and the text is case sensitive.

Document

Type a document number to go to the first revision for that document. The record is accessed dynamically as you type, and the text is case sensitive.

Revision filter

Allows you to filter the displayed revisions according to the revision number, spec form, or plant hierarchy item (for example, Crude Unit1). Selecting Apply filters the revisions. Clearing Apply returns to the normal view.

Select all

Selects all the tag numbers displayed in the data window for conversion or deletion.

OK

Displays a print preview of the revisions that you selected, or compare the active specification with the revisions that you selected.
