To download the Smart Instrumentation Reference Data Comparison Utility you must have a connection to the Internet.

The Reference Data Comparison Utility is available for download from the Smart Community website. You must be a registered user to access this site.
The above link takes you to the PPM Smart Community home page where you can request
an account or log in if you already have an account.
To download and install the Reference Data Comparison Utility:

In your browser go to Smart Community and login.

Navigate to the Reference Data Comparison Utility download folder.

Locate the Reference Data Comparison Utility Setup.exe and download to your machine.
There are two versions of the Setup.exe depending on the type of Smart Instrumentation
license you have, download the compatible Setup.exe.
The databases or packages for comparison, must be accessible from the machine that
you install the Reference Data Comparison Utility on.

On your machine navigate to the Downloads folder, and locate the Setup.exe file.

Double-click the .exe file.

On the Welcome page of the installation, click Start Setup..

Follow the displayed instructions.

When the installation is completed, click Finish.
