Before you install the latest version of Smart Interop Publisher, make sure you uninstall the previous version from your system. You can use either the Repair > Uninstall option of the Smart Interop Publisher setup application, or Windows Add/Remove programs.
If you install Smart Interop Publisher using the 2017 version of the setup application, you cannot use command-line options
to uninstall it. Similarly, if you use the command-line to perform a silent install,
you cannot run the setup application to uninstall Smart Interop Publisher.
