To create a new cloud user, enter all mandatory values. You can edit the values for the optional columns (Mandatory=No) later on the Users screen.
If you select the Global Access indicator (super_user_ind) for a new user, this new user will automatically get access to all product groups and projects for all disciplines. All disciplines will be assigned as queryable disciplines and all privileges will be granted to the user. Further, the SUPER USER role will be assigned to the user; this role grants access to all Smart Materials modules, screens, functions, and data.

Additionally, an initial user security entry will be generated automatically as part of the user creation. This user security entry will refer to the project and discipline specified with DBA settings CLOUD_DEFAULT_PROJECT and CLOUD_DEFAULT_DISCIPLINE. The role of the user security entry associated with the new user is determined from the value provided for P_CLOUD_ROLE parameter. If CLOUD_ADMIN is passed, the role specified with DBA setting CLOUD_ADMIN_ROLE will be assigned, if CLOUD_USER is passed, the role specified with DBA setting CLOUD_USER_ROLE will be assigned, or if CLOUD_READONLY is passed, the role specified with DBA setting CLOUD_READONLY_ROLE will be assigned.
