According to the setup of the column attributes on the A.60.07 screen, columns created for a query condition are made available in the database view by using the MAPPED TO operator.

However, not all modules evaluate all mapped columns. For example, BOM position query conditions (module C1005_2) only need to contain the LP_ID for mapping. The IDENT map parameter does not need to be defined because the forecast/reservation program does not use this parameter. Leaving this mapping parameter out of the A.60.06 definition, but defining the parameter in the additional selection criteria as a correlated sub-query to the mapped column provides better performance. Performance is enhanced because one join table/join condition is saved. For additional information, see the Additional WHERE-Condition field in Using Correlated Sub-Queries on A.60.07.
