With this DBA setting, you can enable the Captcha feature for the Portal. A message box appears where you can enter the displayed text.
By default, this feature is not enabled.
If this DBA setting is set to Disabled (this is the default value), the Captcha feature is not enabled.
The ShowCaptchaOnRegisterClick parameter in the config.xml file controls if the Captcha feature is enabled when clicking the Register button on the Portal Logon page. To completely switch off the Captcha feature, do the following:
-
Set ESUP_CAPTCHA to Disabled.
-
Set ShowCaptchaOnRegisterClick to N in the config.xml.
-
Clear the browser cache by deleting all files in folder C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache.
If this DBA setting is set to EnabledReg, Captcha is enabled for the company registration. During the registration (this is, supplier is not yet approved), a message box appears when the user saves or submits data.
If this DBA setting is set to EnabledEveryTime, the message box appears each time the user submits data.
