This project default is specific to MobileScan application.
Verifies if a barcode is in use (item in received/transferred/issued state) before assigning the barcode to a different item.
N (Default) = Item status verification is not required. The barcode is assigned to a new item without verification.
Y = Item status verification is required. Barcode can not be assigned to the item if the verification fails.
