On the Responsibilities tab, you can maintain function lists and responsible entities for requisition links.
The value entered in the Order Seq field is used as the sequence to order the function lists.
Select the name of the function list from the LOV in the Function List field. You can double-click in this field to open the P.10.67 Function Lists/Sets screen.
In the Responsible Entity field, enter the name of the entity that is responsible for this function list.
Instead of entering the function lists one by one, you can select a pre-defined function set from the LOV in the Function Set field at the bottom of the tab and then click the Copy button. You can double-click in this field to open the P.10.67 Function Lists/Sets screen where pre-defined function lists can be grouped into sets. These sets can be used here as a template to assign the associated function lists to the selected planned requisition using the Copy button. All function lists that are part of the selected function set will be assigned to the planned requisition.
Only function lists that are not yet attached to the planned requisition will be
copied over.
