The P.60.05 Milestone Explorer screen shows you all the milestones for tagged items and engineering requisitions.
When you open P.60.05, you only see the two top nodes 'Tagged Items' and 'Engineering Requisitions'. After clicking the plus sign, you see all planned tagged items created on the P.60.01 Tagged Items Planning screen or all planned requisitions created on the P.60.03 Requisitions Planning screen, respectively. If a planned tagged item or requisition has milestones, a plus sign is displayed on the left side of this node. Click this plus sign to open the node and to show all corresponding milestones. If this milestone has detail milestones, a plus sign is displayed on the left side of this master milestone. Click this plus sign to show all corresponding details.
The following types of nodes are available in the Milestone Nodes tree:
° Milestones
° Tagged Items
° All tagged items
° Major milestones
° Detail milestones
° Engineering Requisitions
° All engineering requisitions
° Major milestones
° Detail milestones
You can use the buttons on the left side of the tree to expand or collapse the nodes in the tree.
Click the button to expand the selected node and the button to collapse the selected node.
Click the button to expand the selected node and all its sub-nodes and the button to collapse the selected node and all its sub-nodes.
To refresh the entire tree, click the button.
If you click the button, a box opens where you can enter/select a tagged item/requisition to search for in the tree.
Select the type from the drop-down list in the Type field. The available values are Tagged Item and Engineering Requisition. Depending on this selection, the next field is labeled accordingly. Select the tagged item/requisition you want to search for from the LOV and click the Search button. The searched for node will be selected and expanded in the tree; further, the appropriate window opens where all the details of the selected node are displayed.
The legend at the bottom of the tree describes the node icons:

The icons for tagged items, requisitions, and milestones are displayed with the colors green, yellow, or red. The displayed color depends on the difference between the forecasted date and the planned date and on the setting of project default ZP_DELAY. If the number of days is less than or equal to the value defined by ZP_DELAY, the color will be set to yellow. If the number of days is greater than the value defined by ZP_DELAY, the symbol will be displayed in red.
For milestones in the tree, the icon is displayed in red if the item is in red; it is displayed in yellow if the item is in yellow; otherwise, it appears in green. On the tagged items or requisitions level, the icon is displayed in red if for at least one milestone the icon is red; it is displayed in yellow if for at least one milestone the icon is yellow and for no milestone the icon is red.
When you click the 'Tagged Items' node in the tree, window 7 opens where all planned tagged items are displayed that have been defined on P.60.01.
Double-click a tagged item in the Tag Number field to open the P.60.01 Tagged Items Planning screen where all the details of this tagged item are maintained. For more information, see Tagged Items Planning.
If you click the tagged item in the tree, Window 2 opens.
In the first (Planned Tagged Items) block, the details of the selected tagged items are displayed, similar to the General tab on P.60.01. For more information, see General.
In the second (Milestones) block, the assigned milestones are displayed with the calculated plans, similar to the Milestone Planning tab on P.60.01. For more information, see Milestone Planning.
When you click the 'Engineering Requisitions' node in the tree, window 8 opens where all planned requisitions are displayed that have been defined on P.60.03.
Double-click a requisition in the Engineering Requisition field to open the P.60.03 Requisitions Planning screen where all the details of this planned requisition are maintained. For more information, see Requisitions Planning.

The default value for the Weight Factor field is 0 (zero). You can give all corresponding detail milestones a weight by inserting a value in this field. But the weight factors of all detail milestones underneath a master must exactly add up to 100 (or 0).
Detail milestones are created for each milestone that has a type defined on P.10.61 (which ensures the existence of a physical derivation rule for the actual date). This action is done automatically upon linking of the corresponding object (inquiry, agreement, and so forth, depending on the milestone type) with a planned requisition or tagged item.
