The Actual Fab Start field displays the day the supplier started the fabrication of the item.

The Comp % field shows the percentage of completion of the fabrication.

The 50% Comp field shows the date on which 50% of fabrication was actually completed.

The Prom Fab Comp field shows the date the supplier promises to have completed the fabrication.

The Actual Fab Comp field shows the actual date the fabrication has been completed by the supplier.

The Fab Location field shows the location of the fabrication. You can double-click in this field to open the P.10.58 Fab/Inspection Locations screen where the fabrication locations are defined. If you enter a fabrication location in this field that is not pre-defined on P.10.58 so far, you get a warning if you have access and update rights for the P.10.58 screen.

Click Yes to create an additional, new fabrication location. Or, click No to cancel and then select a pre-defined location from the LOV. If you don’t have access and update rights for P.10.58, you can only enter pre-defined fabrication locations.

The Fab Ctrl Number field shows the control number of the fabrication.

The Inspection Location field displays the place where the inspection is done. As in the Fab Location field, you can double-click in this field to open the P.10.58 Fab/Inspection Locations screen.

The Manufacturer field displays the name of the manufacturer. The name of the manufacturer is copied over from the corresponding order line item. The expediter is only allowed to change the manufacturer if nothing has been entered by the buyer on the order line item level or if the item shipment is a detail tag created by expediting.

The Dimensions field shows the x-, y-, and z-dimensions of the item.

The Shipment Group field shows the name of the shipment group to which the item shipment belongs. You can double-click in this field to open the P.70.31 Shipment Groups screen where shipment groups are maintained.

The Inspectable indicator shows whether the item shipment is to be inspected or not. You can only enter a release/waiver date or an NCR remark if this check box is marked. When you clear this indicator, all inspection information data is cleared as well; that is, release/waiver date, NCR date, NCR release date, and NCR remarks are cleared. When you update this field, you are asked whether you want the new setting to be copied over to all item shipments of the order if the project default ZP_GLB_UPD is set to Y. If you insert a new line, the indicator is set automatically if the project default ZP_INSPDEF is set to Y. If ZP_INSPDEF is set to N (default), the indicator is not set.

The Release Note indicator shows whether the inspection of the item shipment depends on a release note. If this indicator is marked, the NCR Date and NCR Release Date fields can be set.

If you clear this check box, the NCR Date and NCR Release Date fields are cleared as well. If the Release Note indicator is selected, you cannot select the Waiver check box, and vice versa.

The Waiver indicator shows whether an inspection of the item shipment has been waived. If this indicator is marked, the NCR Date and NCR Release Date fields are cleared and cannot be filled any longer.

The Release/Waiver Date field shows the date of either the release note or waiver. You can only modify this date if the item is to be inspected, that is, if the Inspectable check box has been ticked.

When you update this field, you are asked whether you want the new date to be copied over to all inspectable item shipments of the order if the project default ZP_GLB_UPD is set to Y. If the project default ZP_UPD_FID is set to Y, you are asked whether you want the new date to be copied over as the final inspection date for the current item shipment when updating this field.
