The Alternates tab shows all alternates that need technical evaluation, from all the bidders for the selected inquiry.
Select TE Passed if the alternate passes the technical evaluation.
On the Alternates tab on P.30.22 Commercial Evaluation: Window 2, the Sel check box can only be selected if technical evaluation is not required, or if technical
evaluation is required and has been passed.
