A price list is created on AS.10.05 Price Lists with the following details:

  • Supplier - You can select a supplier to whom the price list is to be exported from the LOV, which shows the suppliers from P.20.01 Suppliers.

  • Catalog Name - You can select the catalog which is to be assigned to the pricelist from the LOV, which shows all approved normal catalogs of all revisions.

  • Price Agreement Issue Status - Issue status of the price agreement. Select a pre-defined status from the LOV. The values are available that are defined for the attribute specified on A.50.01 Attributes and assigned to project default ZX_PASTAT. The values are specified on A.50.01, either with a SQL statement in the Derived From field or with valid values on Window 2

The following fields are automatically filled and cannot be updated:

  • Company Name - Name of the company associated with the selected supplier.

  • Catalog Revision - Revision of the selected catalog.

  • Short Desc - Short description of the selected catalog.

  • Description -Long description of the selected catalog.

Once this price list is exported to the supplier, the supplier will provide details like Price List Agreement #, Price List Date in the SYSTEM sheet of the Excel workbook. Other mandatory price information (fields displayed in yellow) on other sheets is also specified.

When this price list file is imported, the fields specified in Excel are reflected on the AS.10.05 Price Lists screen.

The fields in the Price Lists block of AS.10.05 are described below.

  • Sel - Select this option for the price lists to be exported.

  • Price Agreement Number - Price list agreement # specified in the Excel workbook.

  • Rev - Revision of the price list.

  • Rev Date - Revision date. This field is available only after the price list is frozen,

  • Rev Status - Revision status of the price list.

  • Price List Date - Price list date specified in the Excel workbook.

    If the price list date is not specified in the workbook, then this field shows the system date.

  • Catalog Exp. Date - Date when the export is performed the first time.

  • Price Agr. Imp. Date - Date when the price list is imported.

These buttons are available in this screen:

  • Freeze Revision - Freezes the selected price list. Once frozen, the price list and relevant price list data (price list items and extra price list items) are protected against any changes.

  • New Revision - Creates a new revision of the selected highest frozen price list

  • Import - Invokes the import of catalog with price information from supplier.

  • Export - Invokes the export of the selected price list.
