From the EML Management page, click the EML. The EML related information is displayed on the EML Details tab.

You can view the details for each phase in the Summary of Phases section.

Details for PPLs that are not yet covered are shown in Forecast phase.

After a packing list is assigned to a shipment, its details are included in the Shipment in Progress phase.
The table below describes how the information is computed for different EML phases under Summary of Phases.

Planned |
Shows the combined volume, weight, and transport cost of all the preliminary packages in the active PPLs corresponding to the EML. (The PPLs might be defined for engineering requisitions, planning requisitions, or agreements mapping to the EML.) This phase is only available for EMLs with In Progress status. |

Frozen Planned |
Shows the combined volume, weight, and transport cost of all the preliminary packages in the frozen PPLs corresponding to the EML. This data does not change any more and is not available for EMLs that are in progress. |

Forecast |
Shows the combined volume, weight, and transport cost of all the packages forecasted for this EML. This includes: Package data from all active PPLs for the engineering requisitions and planned requisitions corresponding to the EML only if the EML status is NOT In progress If the active PPLs (for the agreements corresponding to the EML) include packages with coverage status = partially covered/ not covered then that preliminary package data is considered If the active PPLs (for the agreements corresponding to the EML) include packages with coverage status = covered then that package data is considered if they are not yet assigned to a shipment In addition to above points, if any item shipment for the packing lists corresponding to the EML, has no preliminary packing done, then those package data is also considered in forecast phase. |

Shipments in progress |
Shows the combined volume, weight, and transport cost of all the packages (corresponding to the EML) that are in shipment. |

Delivered |
Shows the combined volume, weight, and transport cost of all the packages which have reached the delivery designation of the corresponding packing lists (assigned to this EML). ATA against the delivery designation needs to be entered for the application to consider a package as delivered. |

Partially Received at Site |
Shows the combined volume, weight, and transport cost of all the packages (from the packing lists assigned to this EML) from which at least one item shipment has been MRRed and posted but some item shipments are yet to be MRRed and posted. |

Received at site |
Shows the combined volume, weight, and transport cost of all the packages (from the packing lists assigned to this EML) from which all the item shipments have been MRRed and posted. |

Click the Price Codes tab to view the price codes applicable for the EML.

By default, the price codes appear in a flat view. Click Tree View
to view the price code categories in a tree structure.

You can click View from the Assigned To column to view all the PPLs, packing lists, packages, and shipments to which the price code has been assigned.

Click the PPLs tab to view the PPLs (and associated details) assigned to the EML.

Click the Packing Lists tab to view the packing lists 9and associated details) assigned to this EML.

Click the Shipments tab to view the shipments associated with this EML.This tab also shows the total transport cost for pre-shipments, main shipments, and post shipments.
