For example in case of login to Smart Materials Portal Classic it could respond "Access to Portal currently not possible". In this case you can refer to the application specific documentation. In this example for Portal there are client log files in the local user folder under "AppData\LocalLow\MicrosoftSilverlight\is" while appserver specific logfiles can be found under "inetpub\logs\LogFiles\SPMATP". In other cases of Smart Materials application or Smart Reference Data application, also refer to the application specific documentation to find the specific information.
