This project default controls whether only issued Change Order Requests (CORs) are available to subcontractors in Smart Materials Portal.

Module(s) affected by this setting: Smart Materials Portal > Subcontracts.

List of Values: Y and N (default).

If set to Y, the COR must be issued to make it available for the subcontractor in the Portal.

If set to N and a COR is created on the Change Order Requests page, the COR is immediately visible in the Portal on the Subcontracts page.
