Preparation for Patch Installation - Intergraph Smart Materials - Version 10.2 - Installation & Upgrade - Hexagon

This chapter describes how to uninstall parts from the basic installation as preparation for the following patch installation.

 If you upgrade from version 19.7, the rollback patch number would be 30805684 and 30901317 mentioned in order.

1. Shutdown your database and stop all Oracle services.

2. Open a Command Prompt window as administrator.

3. Set local variables:

   set ORACLE_HOME=C:\oracle\19c_Sta\db

   set PATH=%ORACLE_HOME%\Opatch;%ORACLE_HOME%\perl\bin;%PATH%

   set PERL5LIB=

   net stop msdtc

4. Navigate to the folder where you extracted the Oracle Patches, for example:

   cd C:\tmp\32062765

5. Execute this command to uninstall patch 30805684:

   Opatch rollback -id 30805684

6. Execute this command to uninstall patch 30901317:

   Opatch rollback -id 30901317

7. Type Y to continue.
