If you assign work to other companies, you can maintain your own subcontractors on the Lower Tier Subcontracts page.

Click Others - Lower Tier Subcontracts on the menu.

Click Add Subcontract .

On the right panel, type the contract number in the Sub-Subcontract Number box.

Type the name of your subcontractor in the Sub-Subcontract Name box.

Enter a work description.

Select the planned mobilization and planned work completion dates.

Enter the date when the insurance certificates were provided in the Provided on box.

Click Save.

When the mobilization is completed, enter the actual date.

When the work is completed, enter the actual date.

Select Demobilized when the demobilization is completed.

When the contractor accepts the insurance certificates, the Accepted by Contractor indicator is displayed.

Any comments from the contractor are shown in the Comments from Contractor box.
