Assign price agreements - Intergraph Smart Materials - Version 10.1 - Help - Hexagon

You can assign price agreements to a quote and apply these pre-defined prices to the quote details.

1. Click Financials - Price Agreements on the menu.

2. Click Add Row to add a price agreement to the list.

3. Select a Price Type.

   The Price Agreement Number, Short Description, Description, Valid Start Date, and Valid End Date are populated automatically with the price agreement details.

4. Type a percentage factor in the Factor cell.

   This factor is applied to each price in the price list (in addition to the pre-defined factor). The factor can be a positive or negative number, thus resulting in either a bonus or discount.

5. Click Save.

6. Click Apply Prices to populate the quote details with the prices from the selected price agreement.

   The price from the price agreement is only applied if the unit price is 0 (zero) or greater than the price agreement price.
