After you have defined the report parameters, you are ready to assign them to a report and define default values.
In the Menu Settings window (A.30.06), query the specific report in the upper block.
Enter a new sequence number and the name of the new parameter. There is a list of value available for the parameters.
In the Default Values fields, enter values to be used in A.60.71 for each user and project for the specific report. This default values are saved. You can change to different default values by using the Save Settings Button in A.60.71. For query-based character parameters, use the % as the initial value.
For a cascading list of values parameters, the where and order by condition must define in the Command for Reduced List of Values field. Here, you can use the other parameters defined for the report. Reference the parameter by enclosing the parameter name with the pound sign (#).
