You can update the existing inquiry, if for a revised requisition

not all materials have been inquired or purchased completely,

and the related quotes are not approved,

and for the previous revision of the requisition an inquiry has been created.
Proceed as follows:

Select the Update Inquiry option.
If you select this option, the inquiry and its associated quotes will be updated.

Click Continue.

If the inquiry was successfully updated, click OK to continue.
