Receive material by traffic - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.2 - Help - Hexagon

On the Home page, click Site> Warehouse Management > Material Receiving> Receiving By Traffic.

Click Prepare MRR.

Select the Receipt Date from the date picker.

On selection of the Receipt Date, Created On is auto populated.

Select the Traffic Type from the drop-down list

The available options for Traffic Type are Invoice Number and Means of Conveyance.

If you select Invoice Number as Traffic Type, do the following:

1. Select the Invoice Number, Warehouse, Location and the Receipt Status from their respective lists.

2. Optionally, type the Received By, Shipper and Shipper Reference Number in their respective boxes.

3. Click Save.

If you select Means of Conveyance as Traffic Type, do the following:

1. Select the Carrier Name, Warehouse, Location and the Receipt Status from their respective lists.

2. Optionally, type the Received By, Shipper and Shipper Reference Number in their respective boxes.

3. Click Save.

In the Material Receiving Reports block, do the following:

1. Click Create MRRs to create an MRR.

2. Click Attachments to attach a document.

3. Click Properties to add a Property or a Property Set.

   To learn how to add a property or property set, click Manage Properties .
