Emails generated and sent with the new mailing system are displayed on the Emails Overview page.

From the Home page, select Administration > Global Setup > Emails Overview.

Emails sent or received by you are displayed.

If you have the SHOW ALL EMAILS privilege, all user's emails are displayed.

Emails sent successfully are marked in green, emails not sent due to an error are marked in red, and scheduled but not yet sent emails are marked in orange.

To restrict the displayed emails, click Show All and do any of the following:

click Received to view only received emails, indicated with ,

click Sent to view only sent emails, indicated with ,

click Scheduled to view only emails that are scheduled to be sent, indicated with ,

or click Failed to view only emails which failed to sent. Hovering over shows the error message or reason why émail could not be sent.

To delete an email, click .

An email attachment, indicated with , can be downloaded and viewed by clicking the filename.
