To plan a pre-bid meeting to discuss about the inquiry, do the following.

Click Prepare RFQ > Pre-Bid Meeting.

Click Add Row.

Select the Required checkbox if the meeting is required and definitely has to take place.
For a required meeting you must specify the time, location and instructions.

Select the planned meeting Date from the calendar.

If required, type the meeting Time and meeting Location.

Type the meeting Instructions if required.

Click Save.
