Attach Commercial Questions - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.2 - Help - Hexagon

To attach a new commercial question, use the following steps:

1. Select the required Inquiry Number and then click Attachments.

2. Click Commercial Questions tab. To add a new question, click Add Row.

3. Type the sequence code in Seq and then select the Question from the list. Click Save.

   The Answer Type, Mandatory, and Document Required fields auto-populate.

4. To upload/ view a file related to the question, click Upload/View link.

   1. Click Add File. Browse the required file and then click Upload.

   2. Type the File Description and then click Save.

• By default, all the questions under a set are selected. To select a specific question set detail(s), select the appropriate checkbox(es) in the Question Set Details, and click Add.

• When you select a commercial question with an Answer Type 'Yes/No’, detailed questions pertaining to the selected questions display in the Detail Questions.

• When you select a commercial question with an Answer Type ‘Multiple Answers’, multiple answers defined for the selected commercial question display.
