Access control for Menu Blocks

From the Home page, select Administration > Global Setup > Roles and Menus.

Select a role from the Roles page.

Navigate and select a menu item from Role Menus page.

Click Add Row in the Menu Blocks section of Menu Blocks and Items page.

Select a menu block from the Block Names list and then click Fill In.

Based on your requirements, select either Yes or No for No Insert, No Update, and No Delete columns and then click Save.
Access control for Menu Block Items

Select a menu block from the Menu Blocks section.

Click Add Row in the Menu Block Items section.

Select a menu block item from the Item Name list.

Based on your requirements, select either Yes or No for No display and Disabled columns and then click Save.
