Line item technical evaluation checklists - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.2 - Help - Hexagon

On preparing requests for quotation, technical evaluation checklists are assigned to inquiries and then copied to the quote summaries when approving the inquiry.

Technical evaluation checklists can also be assigned to inquiry line items during preparation of the request for quote. On approving the inquiry, these checklists are copied to the quote details.

Ident specific technical evaluation checklists are automatically created for an inquiry line item, if

• the underlying requisition line item requires a technical evaluation,

• and a pre-defined template is available for the line item's ident code.

Apart from these automatic assignments, you can assign additional technical evaluation checklists to an inquiry line item on the Line Items tab of the Prepare RFQ > Technical Evaluation Checklists page.

1. Click Add Row.

2. Select an Ident Code.

3. Select a pre-defined checklist from the Seq list.

4. Alternatively, create a new checklist as follows:

   1. Type a unique sequence number in the Seq cell.

   2. Type the checklist Short Description and Description.

   3. Optionally, select a Document Code from the list.

5. Click Save.

6. Alternatively, copy pre-defined checklists from a template set, as follows:

   1. Click Copy.

   2. In the Copy TEC Set dialog, select an Ident Code.

   3. Select a TEC Set.

   4. Click Copy.
