If partial payment of provided services was agreed on, progress payment events are defined based on completion of certain events, such as site set-up, foundation, and so forth. These payment events will be used to track the progress payments.

Click Progress Payment Events.
To view progress payment events of another bidder, select the Bidder from the list.

To add a new event, click Add Row, type a sequence in the Seq cell and select a Progress Payment Event from the list.
Alternatively, copy a pre-defined set of events as follows:

Click Copy.

Select a Progress Payment Set.

Click Copy.

Select the Planned Completion Date for this event from the date picker.

Enter the percentage of payment required for this event in the Payment % cell.
The sum of all payment percentages must add up to 100%.

Enter the number of weeks between this event and the previous event in the No. of Weeks cell.

Click Save.
