This DBA setting controls the special aspects of the program behavior that the Intergraph may have developed for a few customers. The customized features may not be compatible with the mainstream of the product. Hence, majority of customers will never need this setting. When a license text is available in the database, the CUSTOMER_NO is read from there first, and the DBA setting is ignored.
