This DBA setting specifies the number of sessions allowed for a user in the Smart Materials Web.
Releasing licenses from waiting for the idle timeout was the rationale behind the
implementation of this DBA setting.

Valid values: Any numeric value greater than 0 or equal to 999 (default value).

Default value is 999, if KEEP_APX_USER_SESS is not or incorrectly set.

In case of 0, only the currently-logged-in session will continue, all the other sessions of the same user name will be removed and their licenses are returned if any.
