This DBA setting refers to the Download Directory for Webutil TS.
Download directory on the machine (client/server) from where you run the application/browser, for viewing files stored in the database, when a terminal server is used.
To activate this setting, include the following entry in the otherparams definition in your formsweb.cfg file: terminal_software=Y

Valid values: a writable directory on the machine used to run the application
If no value is defined, the default directory C:\tmp applies. This directory must
exist on all machines using any of the Excel export functionalities.
