This project default sets the default approval template for the addenda. The approval template that you enter here is assigned to an addendum on Inquiry > Inquiries Overview > Addenda tab after you set Ready for Approval to Yes and save your changes.
The first one from the approval template is informed by an email that the addendum is ready for approval. If ZP_PAR_APR is set to Yes, parallel approval is enabled and invitation emails are sent to all the approvers in the approval sequence - except for approvers having prerequisites, who will get the email only if all the prerequisites are fulfilled.
