This project default controls, if the preliminary package list (PPL) data is copied from the engineering requisition to the agreement.
While approving an agreement, PPL data can be taken over from the associated engineering requisitions to the agreement (provided you are working with extended expediting and the agreement to be approved is a Purchase Order or Notice of Commitment).
