This project default restricts the available inquiries to the users who are assigned to the corresponding requisition as an originator or an approver.

List of Values: Y and N (default).

If set to Y, the inquiries are available only to the users who are either an originator and/or approver of any of the requisitions that are assigned to the inquiry. This limitation applies in addition to the usual limitations of the assigned privileges.

If set to N, all the inquiries are shown depending on the granted user privileges (like TECHNICAL EVALUATION).
