This project default specifies the automatic increase in the item shipment quantity depending on the Material Certificate Summary (MCS) quantity, while using the Excel import or Item Shipment Details page.
For example:

If the value is set 0, then the item shipment quantity cannot be larger than MCS quantity.

If the value is set to 50, then the item shipment quantity will be increased up to 150% of the current value.
