This project default allows you to define the extent of the population of the Vendor Data Requirements (VDRs) from the agreement header to the item shipments, while approving an agreement.
For the population of VDRs from agreement line item level to item shipments, the
project default ZP_POLIVDR is provided.

List of Values: A, FPO, FPOLI, and N (default).

If set to A, the VDRs of an agreement (header level) are copied to all the item shipments of the agreement.

If set to FPO, the VDRs are only copied to the first item shipment of the agreement; that is, the item shipment with the lowest position/sub position of the agreement line item with the lowest position/sub position.

If set to FPOLI, the VDRs are copied to the first item shipment of each agreement line item.

If set to N, VDRs are not copied.
