If set to 0, the TE Passed and TE Completed On at the Technical Evaluation page are not set automatically, regardless of what updates are made in subsequent pages.

If set to 1, the TE Passed and TE Completed On at the Technical Evaluation page are set for a bidder as soon as on one of the subsequent pages TE Passed is set for all records of that bidder.

If set to A, the TE Passed and TE Completed On at the Technical Evaluation page are set for a bidder only if TE Passed is set for all records of that bidder on all subsequent pages.

Setting back TE Passed in any of the subsequent pages does not take back the setting of TE Passed and TE Completed On on the Technical Evaluation page, regardless of the setting of the project default.
