This project default specifies the number of weeks that should be subtracted from the ROS (Required on Site) date to calculate the required delivery date. While creating an inquiry, the required delivery date for each requisition line item is calculated as ROS Date - (ZP_X_WEEKS * 7) and is displayed in the Required Delivery Date on the Inquiries Overview > Requisitions and Inquiries Overview > Quote Summaries > Quote Details page. Additionally, the date is also shown in the Smart Materials Portal on the Inquiries > Quotation Details > Overall View and > Miscellaneous pages.
If you create an inquiry from a planned requisition, the required delivery date for this requisition/inquiry is calculated as the ROS Date - (ZP_X_WEEKS * 7) and displays in the Required Delivery Date on the Inquiries Overview > Bidders tab.
If this project default is not set, the required delivery date remains empty.
