This project default specifies whether a user can view or modify a Material Receiving Report (MRR), Material Transfer Report (MTR), Material Issue Report (MIR), and a Physical Count Sheet (PICS) in Mobile Scan or not.
It is specific to the MobileScan application.

If set to Y, it allows a user to view or modify only those items that are assigned to the user in MRR, MTR, MIR, or PICS in Mobile Scan.

If set to N, it allows a user to view or modify all the items irrespective of assignments in MRR, MTR, MIR, or PICS in Mobile Scan.
