This project default is used for material receiving and sets the scrap warehouse for the project. If the scrap warehouse is in use, the project default is not updateable.
The scrap warehouse is used for site inspection. On the Site Utility > Site Inspection page, idents that failed the site inspection are moved into the scrap warehouse.
