On the Web Approval page, you can view the line items, view attached files, attach an approval document, and approve or reject the corresponding document, that is, the requisition in our example.
The picture below displays the upper section of the Web Approval page.
If an approval document is available, you can click the link next to Approval Document to view the document.
Type a comment in the Approver Comment box and click Approve or Reject.
